Over his 30 years of career vintage, Mr. Rathi has delivered roles of both corporate CXO across spectrum of industries and a fund manager. He is MANAGING DIRECTOR and CO-FOUNDER of India Nivesh Fund Managers, an India based PE fund. Prior to this he has been part of Motilal Oswal PE team, Future Group, H&R Johnson & KEC International where he delivered leadership roles.
An effective coach & an influencer with an optimistic attitude, he mentors us in domain of investment thesis, corporate restructuring and growth advisory.
Over his 24 years of career, Mr. Panpalia has been extensively engaged, across various industry segments, in matters related to Statutory Audit, Corporate Taxation, Corporate Compliances and advising large business houses like Bajaj Group. He is a non-executive director of IndiaNivesh Limited. Mr. Panpalia has set up his accountancy practice in the name of Hemant Panpalia & Co. in 1997.
A professional accountant, successfully led many transactions related to mergers & acquisitions, debt syndication for project finance and raising of primary capital from domestic and international markets.

He has been advisor to organisations like AU Small Finance Bank, Aavas Financiers Ltd., Ess Kay Fincorp in their growth phase. Presently he is on the board of listed companies such as Raghav Productivity Enhancers Ltd & Capital Trust Ltd as an Independent Director.
An avid market follower, he has been a rank holder Chartered Accountant and follows his charm for devotional music and reading besides work.
JINESH DOSHI

Leads the legal, regulatory-compliance & corporate restructuring function at Srujan Alpha. He advices our clients on compliances across listing, SEBI, broking, private equity (VC & AIF), NBFC, PMS domain. He also advice on risk management and law & executes M&A transactions with having to specialize in deal structuring & issuer compliances pertaining to both domestic & international financial markets.
He is an experienced professional with overall experience of over 17 years in his core domain.
He was founding team member at India Nivesh group where he last served as Head-Legal & Compliance.
Jinesh is the go to man for compliance advisory. He is a fellow Company Secretary-ICSI, a law graduate & a Chartered Secretary from Chartered Governance Institute, UK. Besides work, he likes to explore new places and having an interest in sports.

During his tenure at the company, he has actively engaged with clients on their growth journeys, contributed to deal structuring and transaction preparation, successfully executed several valuation projects, and focused on generating research-based investment ideas.
Previously, he served as a Management Consultant at CRIF Solutions and as an Analyst in Asset Management at Tresvista Financial Services.
