He also specializes in risk management, legal advisory, deal structuring, and issuer compliance for domestic and international financial markets, executing M&A transactions with precision.

With over 20 years of experience, he previously served as Head of Legal and Compliance at India Nivesh Group, where he was a founding team member. A trusted advisor in compliance, he is a Fellow Company Secretary (ICSI), a law graduate, and a Chartered Secretary from the Chartered Governance Institute, UK.
